1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vipph11 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the vipph11 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time.

vipph11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the vipph11 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of vipph11, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the vipph11 Platform or any affiliated platform.

vipph11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by vipph11 may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible player may register only one (1) account on the vipph11 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. vipph11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipph11 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify vipph11 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. vipph11 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.
• Account Verification: vipph11 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

vipph11 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vipph11 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vipph11 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Deposits are generally credited to your vipph11 account immediately or within the processing time specified for your chosen payment method. vipph11 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. vipph11 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of KYC procedures or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform's banking section and are subject to change.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vipph11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• vipph11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

Players are encouraged to review the full terms of any promotion before opting in. vipph11's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the vipph11 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on vipph11's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. vipph11 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions on the player's device or internet connection.

• Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Collusion between players in live dealer or multiplayer games is strictly prohibited.
• vipph11 reserves the right to void any wager or game round where technical errors, software malfunctions, or fraudulent activity are detected.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipph11 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the vipph11 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of vipph11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vipph11.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipph11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

vipph11's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vipph11 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

vipph11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vipph11 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and vipph11 cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Amendments to These Terms

vipph11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vipph11 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedures set out in the Platform's support section.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. vipph11 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to vipph11's customer support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
